Checking In At The Start Of A New Year
By Kinsey Fling on January 02, 2018
A NEW YEAR IS A NEW BEGINNING, which is why so many of us make New Year’s resolutions. If there’s something we want to change or to accomplish, a fresh year seems like the perfect time to start. So here at the beginning of 2018, our practice is taking stock of last year and looking forward to this one!
The Successes Of 2017
2017 has been a year for the books. From Dr. Fling's travels for Fling Seminars to saying goodbye to two amazing hygienist. One who we all love Janie. Janie retired in 2017 after 51 years of being a hygienist. She is now dog/house sitting and enjoying the retirment life! The second person we had to say goodbye to was Lauren. Lauren got engaged and married to the love of her life this year. The newlyweds made the decision to move back home to Tusla, we couldn't be more happy for them! Tammy, Dr. Fling's office manager started biliding a new home in Yukon at the biginning of 2017. With designing the home from top to bottom and all of the anterior as well, Tammy wanted to be finished and moved in before the holidays. She has now succesfuly moved into that home in time for the all the holidays and all of that designing paid off!! We have also welcomed with open arms two new members to Dr. Fling's staff. JoLyn, she took Lauren's place and is a fantasatic hygienist. We are very lucky to have found JoLyn! Our other new member is Devonna. She is Dr. Fling's chair side assistiant. We couldn't of asked for someone better for the job. She keeps Dr. Fling on his toes and we all know Dr. Fling needs that! Beverly, Dr. Fling's other hygienist started dog/house sitting. She absolulty loves to spend time with the pups!
We all must say 2017 has treated us well and we look forward to what 2018 brings!
Our Goals For 2018
As 2018 begins we all thought about what we would like to change or keep going for this year. As one whole group at Dr. Fling's office our New Years Resolution is to keep striving to provide our patients with the best of care possible. We look forward to seeing where this year takes us and we are so grateful that we get to go along this journey with our patients!
What About Your Resolutions?
We’ve shared our resolutions, but we’d love to hear what yours are! Studies have shown 80% of resolutions fail by February, so let’s all help each other stick to our goals this year!
We wish all our patients a wonderful year!
